Outside ecsatic, mad, golden love

Right before leaving my hometown I downloaded all the albums I could find from TV on the Radio. After a sleepless night I finally got on the train that would take me to Bucharest. I started listening to an album called Nine Types of Light. The second song was Keep your heart.

My dear friend, I’ve been searching and never finding, I’ve been straying and forgetting names and faces. I’ve been running through the darkest fields of life with the moon hanging high in the sky, the bluest moon of all moons.

And he sings and he sighs and there are signs of his love everywhere. He’s wondering how he can keep your heart and he whispers and nobody seems to understand exactly what he is saying. But we do not need to.

All these blues I have cried – I cried yesterday on the subway, people were staring, some seemed to want to ease my pain, some found it strange. I went home, took off my clothes and then went to sleep. I woke up  after two hours knowing that I love him.

Outside ecstatic love,
what did we think we’d find?

you’re welcome 🙂 I’ve been trying to forget about that song, but now that you’ve said it… thankfully the streets that I walk are empty,

    1. It is one the most beautifully sad songs in the world. And it suits you so well. I can imagine you walking on this song. Thank you indeed.

Well, this is a change; I think it’s the first time I see you in jeans…or pants for that matter. But you look great! 😀

    1. I had these jeans for almost an year, wore them quite often, but only recently I’ve decided they deserve to be shown to the world. Thank you for the kind words.:)
